Terms and Conditions for UNITYPARTYUS.COM

1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to UNITYPARTYUS.COM (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, which is operated by the Unity Party of America ("we," "us," "our," or the "Party"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes:

4. Donations
All donations made through the Site are subject to applicable campaign finance laws. By making a donation, you certify that:

  1. You are a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., a green card holder).

  2. This contribution is made from your own funds and not from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank.

  3. You are not a federal government contractor.

  4. You are at least 18 years of age.

Contributions to the Unity Party of America are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

5. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content or services available on or through any such websites.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
