With a career spent in finance and risk management, Marty Dolan possesses a unique and desperately needed skill set to solve our nation's most pressing issues. He believes that we must move beyond divisive, extremist politics and embrace pragmatic, data-driven solutions. Marty is committed to tackling inflation, securing the border, and reducing crime by focusing on what works, not on what is politically convenient. His campaign is built on the principles of unity, prosperity, and common sense.

TOP 3 ISSUES
  1. Restoring Public Safety and Order: Marty Dolan advocates for a "back-to-basics" approach to governance, with a primary emphasis on public safety and sanitation. He proposes to "OVERDO it with police, sanitation, and other resources" until New Yorkers feel completely comfortable again on the streets and subways. His work with the LIRA coalition in Queens, which successfully lobbied for state troopers to address crime and illegal brothels, is presented as a key example of his commitment to restoring law and order and tackling issues stemming from the influx of migrants.

  2. Fiscal Responsibility and Pro-Business Policies: A central part of Dolan's platform is to reduce city costs, lower taxes, and streamline government. He calls for improved oversight of the city's budget, particularly the 20% that is outsourced to independent contractors, and wants more transparency so New Yorkers can see how their tax dollars are spent. Dolan believes the city should prioritize businesses by cutting red tape and making investments that support them, such as cleaning up the most visible subway stations first, in order to restore New York's image as a global leader.

  3. Confronting Socialism and City Hall's Leadership: Dolan positions himself as New York's most outspoken Democratic leader against socialism and the current city administration's incompetence. He directly calls for the replacement of leaders like Eric Adams, Brad Lander, and Jumaane Williams, arguing their "Socialist-driven, 'please everyone' approach has failed." His political history includes challenging progressive incumbents, and he frames his campaign as a necessary intervention to move the city away from distracting policies and fix the problems created by the current leadership.
